This website is operated by Thika Motor Dealers (K) Ltd. By using it you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

Specifications published on this site are drawn from data supplied by Isuzu East Africa and are given in good faith as a general guide. Manufacturers change specifications without notice, and payload figures quoted for a cab chassis do not account for the mass of a body fitted afterwards.

Nothing on this site forms part of a contract of sale. Confirm the exact specification of your build in writing with a TMD sales consultant before you order.

Imagery — including the 3D models in the virtual showroom — is illustrative. Colour reproduction varies by screen and trim details may differ from the vehicle supplied.

We do not publish prices on this site. A quotation issued by TMD is valid for the period stated on it and is subject to stock availability, exchange rate movement, and any change in duty, excise or statutory levies before delivery.

Any repayment figure produced by the calculator on our financing page is an arithmetic illustration only. It is not a credit offer, not financial advice, and excludes insurance, tracking and lender fees. Credit terms are set by the financier following their own assessment.

Submitting the booking form creates a request, not a confirmed appointment. You will receive a reference number immediately; the branch confirms the slot separately during working hours.

Please give us as much notice as you can if you need to cancel or reschedule, so the slot can be released to another customer. Repeatedly failing to attend booked slots may lead us to require telephone confirmation for future bookings.

You agree not to:

• submit false, misleading or another person's details through any form;
• attempt to interfere with the site's operation, security or availability, including automated scraping that places unreasonable load on it;
• use the site to distribute unlawful, defamatory or infringing material; or
• reproduce substantial parts of this site for commercial purposes without our written permission.

The design, text, artwork and code of this site are owned by Thika Motor Dealers (K) Ltd or its licensors. “Isuzu” and associated model names and marks are the property of Isuzu Motors Limited and are used here under our authorised dealership.

We link to external sites — including Isuzu East Africa, financing partners and social media — for your convenience. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

We aim to keep the site available and accurate but do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Features that depend on your device — notably the 3D virtual showroom, which requires WebGL — may not work on all hardware.

To the extent permitted by Kenyan law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including under the Consumer Protection Act 2012.

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya, and the courts of Kenya have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
