  • Reviews all customer quality concerns and makes recommendations for improvement

Warranty

  • TMD Kenya provides full warranty coverage on all Isuzu vehicles as stipulated by the manufacturer Isuzu East Africa.

Customer Relations

  • 24 hours response on all queries
  • Complaint closing ratio 14 days

Training

  • TMD Kenya has training staff at their premises.
  • Will provide training on all aspects of vehicle service/maintenance.
  • Can also provide driver training.
  • Also offer courses in appropriate parts orderings/stocking (if interested).
  • Courses can be run at customer’s facilities
